Each account above your plan's allowance adds $25 a month on Foundation, Growth and Scale. AI Powered DIY stays the same price however many accounts you have.

What is a super accountant?
Our Accounting AI Agent and our team working as one. The agent is always on: it reads and files your receipts, suggests matches when it reconciles your accounts, forecasts your cash flow and answers questions about your numbers in plain language. Our CPA and CFO team reviews your books, advises on cash flow and tax, and prepares and files every return. The agent never files anything on its own.
How do Ramp, Float and Plooto fit in?
When we manage your payables and receivables, our team sets up and runs your bill approvals, supplier payments and collections through Ramp, Float or Plooto. That is why AP and AR management sits in Growth, as an add-on, and comes included in Scale.
What does Free Unlimited CRA Audit Support cover?
It is included in Foundation, Growth and Scale, and does not apply to AI Powered DIY. When CRA reviews or audits a return or filing we prepared, we handle the correspondence and representation at no extra charge. It applies only to work completed by 786 Venture CPA, and only for the periods we are engaged for. Notices of objection beyond our first response, Tax Court appeals and voluntary disclosures are separate engagements, as set out in our terms.
Who is AI Powered DIY built for?
An owner-run corporation that is comfortable keeping its own books, guided by our Accounting AI Agent, and wants a CPA firm to review the year and file the T2. It covers one corporation with average business spend up to $15,000 a month.
What counts as an account?
Each bank account, credit card, line of credit, loan and payment processor whose transactions go into your books. Foundation includes 4, Growth 6 and Scale 10, and each account above your plan's allowance adds $25 a month. AI Powered DIY has no account limit and no account charge.

Payroll wages are priced in the payroll add-on, so they are left out, together with owner pay and dividends, transfers between your own accounts, loan principal, GST/HST and payroll remittances, and capital purchases.
What happens when my business grows?
Your band moves up only after two quarters in a row above it, and we give you 30 days' written notice first. On AI Powered DIY and Scale, your price is locked for your first 12 months. If you outgrow your plan, we show you the numbers and you decide. Moving up from AI Powered DIY, any prepaid months you have not used carry over as credit.
Can I cancel?
Foundation, Growth and Scale on month to month: cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. On a 12-month subscription: 12-month term. If you leave before the 12 months end, we charge back only the 50% intro discount you received, nothing else. 30 days' notice to cancel. AI Powered DIY is a 12-month subscription, so it runs for the full term; you can still move up to another plan, and unused prepaid months carry over as credit.
Can my price go down?
Yes. The same two-quarter rule works in both directions, and closing an account removes its charge from the next billing month.
Is GST/HST filing included in AI Powered DIY?
AI Powered DIY covers your T2 at $800. GST/HST returns are added at our published rate, from $150 per filing period. GST/HST filing is included from Foundation upward.
